Without prejudice to contractual and statutory warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to exchange a product purchased from the store within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product. The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product after this period has expired.
To be eligible for exchange, the product must be in good condition and unused, and the consumer must not have benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange to ensure its condition.
The consumer shall bear the shipping costs in case they wish to exchange the product. For international exchanges, the consumer shall bear all shipping costs and is responsible for delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of a defect or an error in the product, the consumer will be compensated accordingly.
The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:
If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications determined by them, except in cases where the product is defective or does not match the specifications provided by the consumer.
If the product consists of video tapes, CDs, DVDs, or computer software that has been used.
If the product consists of newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other similar materials.
If the defect in the product is due to improper handling or misuse by the consumer.
If the contract involves the provision of accommodation, transportation, or catering services.
If the contract involves the purchase of downloadable software or digital content via the internet.
Return Policy
