Article Two – Consumer’s Legal Capacity
The consumer acknowledges that they possess full legal capacity, under Sharia and law, to deal with the store, or that they are at least eighteen (18) years old.
The consumer agrees that, in case of violation of this article, they shall bear the consequences of such violation before third parties.
Article Three – Nature of Obligation
The store’s obligation toward consumers is to provide the service or product.
The store may also provide additional services, such as after-sales services, depending on the nature and type of the requested service or product.
Article Four – Usage Regulations
The consumer shall use the store’s electronic platform in a manner consistent with public morals and the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
When purchasing a service or product, the consumer agrees not to use it in any way that violates public morals or applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Five – Accounts and Registration Obligations
Upon applying for membership in this store, you agree to provide specific information and select a username and password for accessing the store’s services. By doing so, you agree to:

Article Six – Electronic Communications and Official Correspondence
The parties to this agreement agree that communication will occur through the email registered on the platform.
The consumer agrees that all agreements, notifications, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically shall be considered legally equivalent to written documents.
The consumer agrees that the store may communicate with or notify them of any matter relating to this agreement through general messages to all or specific consumers.
Article Seven – Amendments to the Terms of Use and Fees
If any article or clause of this agreement is canceled or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect until further notice from the store management.
This agreement—which may be amended from time to time as necessary—constitutes the working mechanism and understanding between the consumer and the store.
The store may impose fees on certain consumers depending on the offers, products, or services requested, or in accordance with government-imposed taxes or charges.
The store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce, or deduct any fees or expenses as per the provisions of this agreement.
Article Eight – Payment and Settlement Services
The store, through its partners, provides online payment and settlement services via the available payment methods or other methods the store may provide from time to time.
The store must specify the price of each service or product according to the recognized market value.
The store must issue invoices, receipts, and collection statements for all amounts and profits generated through its platform and must provide the consumer with an invoice for each purchase.
The store shall maintain standard accounting practices in accordance with this agreement and applicable commercial and regulatory standards.
Article Nine – Intellectual Property Rights
The intellectual property rights of the store are its sole and exclusive property, whether owned prior to or after the establishment of this electronic platform.
The consumer must respect the store’s intellectual property rights, including its name, logos, symbols, and all related materials. All rights associated with the store’s name are its exclusive intellectual property.
Article Ten – Store Liability
The store is obligated to conduct its commercial operations through this platform in accordance with Saudi laws and the provisions of this agreement.
The store shall not be liable for any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or caused by the consumer or a third party such as shipping companies.
The store and its representatives guarantee that the products or services offered are lawful, legitimate, and authorized under Saudi regulations.
Article Eleven – Access or Membership Restriction
The store may suspend, cancel, or restrict a consumer’s membership or access to the platform’s services at any time, without prior notice and for any reason.
Article Twelve – Governing Law
This Terms of Use Agreement is governed and interpreted according to the laws, regulations, and legislations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is subject entirely to the authority of Saudi regulatory bodies.
Article Thirteen – General Provisions
If any clause of this agreement is canceled or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect until further notice from the store management.
This agreement—which may be amended from time to time—constitutes the framework of understanding, agreement, and contract between the store and the consumer. Both parties agree to the following:
Arabic is the language used for interpreting the provisions of this agreement, even if translated into another language.
All prices displayed for the store’s services or products may change from time to time.
Promotional or marketing offers by the store are temporary and may be modified or terminated at any time.
Both parties must act in compliance with Sharia principles, laws, and applicable regulations governing their commercial relationship.
This Terms of Use Agreement may only be canceled by an official decision from the store management.
